BAJ Graphic Design and Tommy Drafting are securing building permits for a variety of projects, including new constructions, room additions, second-story expansions, ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) for Unit 2, and the conversion of garages into ADUs or JADUs (Junior Accessory Dwelling Units).

We will address any unpermitted constructions that have been flagged by the City. If the City does not approve the permit, we will fully refund the deposit to the customer. A draft drawing will be provided to the homeowner within 7 days of signing the contract.
